Our structure enables us to have the work of the Ecosystem Restoration Foundation done by an executive Board of Directors and a team of dedicated professionals. The directors and team are overseen by a Supervisory Board and are supported by a strategic Advisory Council.

Roles and responsibilities of the Board of Directors

  • Appointed by and accountable to the Supervisory Board
  • Act as a daily representative to the Foundation and are being paid for their time if that time is substantial
  • Adopt, prepare, and execute the Foundation’s policy, within the frameworks as decided by the Supervisory Board
  • Manage the budget of the Foundation and produce its annual reports
  • Lead the team
