Our structure enables us to have the work of the Ecosystem Restoration Foundation done by an executive Board of Directors and a team of dedicated professionals. The directors and team are overseen by a Supervisory Board and are supported by a strategic Advisory Council.

Roles and responsibilities of the Board of Directors

Appointed by and accountable to the Supervisory Board
Act as a daily representative to the Foundation and are being paid for their time if that time is substantial
Adopt, prepare, and execute the Foundation’s policy, within the frameworks as decided by the Supervisory Board
Manage the budget of the Foundation and produce its annual reports
Lead the team
